Quickly Connect NetSuite to all your marketplaces and channels

Connect Oracle NetSuite to Amazon with Sellware

NetSuite Integrations & Marketplace Connectors

Sellware firmly believes that any NetSuite Integration or Marketplace Connector should be simple, easy to use, and quick to set up. Unlike most other NetSuite Integrations, Sellware’s multi-channel marketplace tools can typically connect NetSuite to your Amazon, Walmart, and eBay marketplaces in a 30 minute screen-share session, without the need for a multi-week analysis, mapping, and consulting project.

By leveraging the most commonly used NetSuite fields for orders, customers, inventory, and product management, we can greatly simplify the onboarding process, and focus more time on implementing a marketplace solution that meets your unique needs and workflows.

The following guide highlights the typical process to leverage Sellware for your NetSuite integration, as well as important features for the major marketplaces and ecommerce platforms we connect.

Connecting NetSuite to your eBay account can be quickly accomplished with our NetSuite eBay integration.  Once you grant application access to your Merchant Central account, Sellware will be able to import links to your existing eBay listings, and connect them to the existing SKUs in your NetSuite product catalog.

Once the NetSuite eBay integration is complete, you will be able to :

  • Link to existing eBay listings

  • Import eBay orders into NetSuite
  • Import eBay customer data into NetSuite

Within our NetSuite eBay Integration, we are also able to leverage any custom rich-HTML templates that you may have created, and map NetSuite custitem fields into these eBay templates to standardize your product information to a single source.  Our eBay listing templates can also pull from your NetSuite fields and custitems, to populate eBay attributes, eBay Store categories and eBay Product Categories.  Support is provided for up to 13 images, and specific images can be set for parent-child variations in eBay, and linked back to common images in NetSuite.

For ease of eBay listing management, products can be assigned to various listing templates in Sellware, for rapid bulk updates within eBay. So whether you are updating a single eBay item, or tens of thousand of items, a template update can be triggered with a few mouse-clicks within Sellware when a full catalog update is required.
